Fast Recovery Diodes are constructed with glass passivated chips and are assembled in high reliable, robust hermetic sealed housing structures. They are mechanically strong and are stable under negative environmental conditions.
These devices feature very low reverse recovery time along with very low switching losses. These devices can be further categorized as Super-Fast Recovery Diodes, depending on their reverse recovery time.
These Fast Recovery Diodes are used in various applications such as DC-AC conversion, PFC circuits, automotive sectors, all types of switching power supplies, and other industrial sector equipment’s.
The current range starts from 12A upto 150A, with voltages upto 1800V.
Devices are available in Stud Base packages, with Metric and UNF Threads.
