The Super-Fast Recovery Diode Modules consist of 2fast recovery diodes/rectifiers. They are arranged such that the base is common and serves as the Common Cathode Terminal. The modules are constructed with glass passivated chips for high reliability. These modules have a low trr value which enable fast switching.
These modules have high efficiency, compact packaging, low leakage current, high surge current capability & super-fast switching.
