20 Watt (Zener Diode)

Zener Diodes are constructed with glass passivated chips and are assembled in high reliable, robust hermetic sealed housing structures. They are mechanically strong and are stable under negative environmental conditions.

These devices have a very low forward voltage drop and a very fast switching feature. Due to this, the device has better efficiency and high switching speed. The very low forward voltage also reduces conduction loss.

Zener Diodes are used in various applications such as voltage clamping applications, solar photovoltaic systems, switch-mode power supplies, rectifiers, detectors, motor drives, etc.

  • The voltage range starts from 6.8V upto 200V for the 10W & 50W.
  • The voltage range starts from 7.0V upto 75V for the 20W & 75W.
  • The voltage range starts from 34.5V upto 150V for the 300W.

Devices are available in Stud Base packages, with UNF Threads.
