TVS (or Transient Voltage Suppression) Auto Rectifiers are constructed with glass passivated chips and are assembled in high reliable, hermetic press-fit package.

These devices have high surge capability, low forward voltage drop, low leakage, and high current capability.In addition, these devices are also very low cost.

The TVS Auto Rectifiers are mainly used in automotive applications.

The current range starts from 25A upto 50A, with voltages upto 35V.
Devices are available in Press fit package.
