Diode Module

Diode modules consist of one or two diodes configured in one of four circuit types: Single, Series, Common Anode, or Common Cathode, depending on application requirements. These modules are built using glass-passivated chips, and the package is electrically isolated with either a metal baseplate (typically copper) or a DCB Alumina (Al₂O₃) base.
